 We are looking for simple solutions to complicated problems and always measure impact. We should not be afraid to take inspiration. We believe that learning from examples & models is easier and faster than figuring out a solution from scratch.

We have good judgement, strong instincts and a lot of experience. We are open to correction and learning but we trust the judgement of leaders while making our choices. We encourage disagreement but will seek diverse perspectives and sufficient evidence to change our beliefs.

 It is our responsibility to challenge decisions, even if it is uncomfortable. We must not accept things without an understanding or explanation. We are tenacious. We won’t let things go for the sake of harmony. If what we challenge turns out to be wrong, we humbly accept and then commit wholeheartedly to what is right.
